• DELIVERY AREAS

The products sold by Kubbick can be delivered in mainland France and in most European countries, in the Maghreb and in certain African countries (see the complete list of countries covered at the bottom of this page). From 500 Euros of purchases excluding VAT, transport costs by Chronopost / DPD are free for deliveries in mainland France and Belgium.

• SHIPPING TIMES (LEAVING OUR WAREHOUSES)

All products for which it is indicated "In stock" on the product page are dispatched the same day if your order is received before 12 noon on working days. For orders received after 12 p.m., they are dispatched the next working day at the latest. For orders received during weekends and public holidays, "In stock" products are dispatched the next working day. When, on the product page, the mention "In stock" does not appear, a shipping time in working days is indicated instead. For orders including both "In Stock" products and products with longer shipping times, the longer lead time should be taken into account. If you make the request to your Kubbick sales manager, the latter may in certain cases, however, split your order into several shipments.

• DELIVERY TIMES TO THE ADDRESS OF YOUR CHOICE

Once your order has been dispatched (i.e. it has left our warehouses), the time required to receive it depends on the address and the delivery method chosen. By choosing our Chronopost offer at very competitive prices, you can be delivered on D+1 in mainland France and in major European cities.

• PRICES

The final price for your order and your delivery address will be indicated in your basket before the validation stage of your order.

• IN CASE OF ABSENCE ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY

If your package is sent to you via So Colissimo and you are absent during delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. You will then have about 10 days to collect the package at your post office. The tracking number appears on the transit advice note as well as in the email informing you of the departure of your package from our warehouses.

If your package is shipped by Chronopost and you are absent during delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. The representation of the parcel at your address by the services of Chronopost is possible but not contractual. You have 8 days to collect your package either at the post office, or at a Pickup relay, or 14 days at a Chronopost agency.

Whatever the mode of transport chosen, you can always track your package on the internet using a link and/or the tracking number received in the email confirming the shipment.
